Privacy policy

The data processing practice of the Debreceni Hőszolgáltató Zrt. is based on the Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, services agreements and powers of attorney. According to the sections 4 and 5 of the Act CXII of 2011, the data are processed only for the purposes of keeping contact and the enforcement of legitimate interest. Only personal data necessary and suitable for the achievement of the purpose of data processing are processed.  

We undertake that every data processing regarding our activity complies with the requirements hereunder and determined by the effective law.  

The data are processed in a closed system, and no personal data are forwarded to any third person. It is the obligation of all of our employees performing any tasks related to personal data to know and observe the related laws and the data protection and data security policies. For the request of the data subject, we provide information about the data related to the given data subject and processed by us, and he/she can any time request the rectification or the specification of his/her data.
