How to switch to e-bill?

If you successfully registered to Zafir Portal, however, you have not recorded your contracts, please perform the followings to switch to e-bill: 

Log in to Zafir Portal. 

If you forgot your password, apply for a new one via e-mail. 

  1. Click “Szerződéseim” (My contracts) in the left-side menu. 
  2. Select the tab “Debreceni Hőszolgáltató Zrt.” 
  3. Below the details of the contract, click the blue button “E-számla igénylése” (Apply for e-bill).
