It shows the results of overhead reduction as stipulated by the Act CLXXXVIII of 2013 on the Unified Bill Image of Public Service Providers. It provides detailed data on the savings in terms of district heating and water fees for the billing period. 

It summarises the total savings you have achieved since 1 January 2013 in terms of district heating and since 1 July 2013 in terms of water use.

  1. Description of the services

“Távhőszolgáltatás” (District heating service): production of heating and domestic hot water. 

“Közvetített víziközmű szolgáltatás” (Forwarded water utility service): the cold water and sewage system service purchased from the Debreceni Vízmű Zrt. to produce domestic hot water. 

 

  1. Bill summary

It shows the quantity of: 

  • the heat energy used for district heating and  
  • the volume of the domestic hot water. 

– Billing: the quantity of the heat and cold water actually used during the billing period, as shown by the heat meter and/or hot water meter, and the units thereof. 

– Billing period: in compliance with law, the Balancing invoice of the consumed heat and domestic hot water fees is performed once a year.

  1. Costs of district heating energy used for heating of the dwelling 

– Alapdíj Fixed rate heat energy fee (For the actual month): An annual fee to be paid in identical instalments in each of the 12 months, based on the performance of the built-in radiators (HUF/kW/month). 

– Hődíj Variable rate heat energy fee (For the actual month): Fee of the heat energy used for heating (HUF/GJ). 

– Részszámlákban elszámolt hődíj (Heat energy fee considered in partial bills): Summary and crediting of the performed monthly partial payments with negative sign. 

– Partial payment (partial bill): Monthly heat energy fee for heating in the heating period (September – May) based on the planned heat energy use. 

 

 

  1. Costs of district heating energy used for domestic hot water production from cold water:

– Alapdíj Fixed rate fee (For the actual month): An annual fee to be paid in identical instalments in each of the 12 months (HUF/flat/month). 

– Hődíj (Variable rate heat energy fee for the actual month): fee of the heat energy used for the production of domestic hot water (HUF/m3). 

– Részszámlákban elszámolt hődíj (Variable rate heat energy fee considered in partial bills): summary and crediting of the performed monthly partial payments for the production of domestic hot water, with negative sign. 

– Hődíj részszámla (Monthly Heat fee partial bill) (For the actual month): Fee of the heat energy used for the production of domestic hot water based on the former monthly average domestic hot water use. 

 

  1. Water service fee

The fee of the “Forwarded water utility service” details the water and sewage costs (HUF/m3) of the cold water purchased for the production of domestic hot water.

  1. Consumption data by the district heating substation and the building

It contains the data of the readings of the heat meter or hot water meter installed in the place of consumption and the heat energy and water consumption data for the consumption period (GJ, m3). 

 

  1. Account balance

This is your account balance at the time of issue of the bill. It shows your actual overpayment (with negative sign) or your debt including the billed amount (without a sign) as well. 

 

  1. Informative data

We show you your summarised district heating energy consumption in the same period of the previous year.  

We inform you of the direction of the change of the energy use in the billing period (whether it decreased or increased compared to the previous period). 

 

Here we inform you of the date of the next expected hot water meter reading as well.
